The integration exposes a webhook url you can use to setup an automation rule in Gong. For every call matching the automation rule, a feedback will be created in Cycle.
A feedback is some raw information about a customer like a customer interview. Cycle will extract all the relevant insights and map it to your high level roadmap assisted with AI.
Connect
- Go to Cycle settings
- Select the Gong integration
- Follow the installation setup
- Copy the webhook url and create an automation rule in Gong
- All matching calls will be sent to Cycle as product feedback
