What permissions are required to connect Gong and Ignition?
In Gong, you will need to be a Technical Administrator. In Ignition, you need Admin permissions.
How to Connect
- Log in to Ignition.
- Go to the Integration page.
- Click Connect on the Gong integration and follow the approval flow
- Once connected, you can find your customer conversations in the Insights section under Product Management in the side navigation of Ignition
