How to connect

Ask your NetSapiens admin to give you the NetSapiens Server address, Client ID, Client secret, Username, and Password.

Import users to Gong and set them to record before integrating NetSapiens in Gong.

In the Settings page, click Telephony systems.

Click + Add telephony system.

Select NetSapiens.

Enter the server address, client ID, client secret, username, and password.

Click CONNECT.
