FAQ

Why aren’t my calls showing up in Paperplane?

Paperplane synchronizes and processes new calls created after the integration is first activated. To troubleshoot, please confirm that you have successfully authenticated Gong with Paperplane and try uploading a new call to Gong. Also confirm that you have sufficient permissions in Gong to connect with 3rd party services (if in doubt, ask your Gong admin).

What happens if I edit anything in Gong after the call has been imported to Paperplane?

Paperplane receives a notification to import your call after it is first created. Future edits to your Gong call are ignored and not sent to Paperplane.

What is Paperplane doing with my Gong data?

Paperplane uses your call and meeting participant data to automatically generate a transcript of the call with proper speaker attribution. This call transcript is then processed through our AI pipelines in order to extract and the important meeting information necessary to populate your Salesforce. The videos of your calls are deleted from Paperplane after 24 hours.

What are the security risks with integrating with Paperplane?

Data transmitted between Paperplane and the Gong is encrypted using industry-standard encryption protocols. All data stored by Paperplane is encrypted both at rest and in transit.

How do I disconnect Paperplane from Gong?
