- Go to the Integrations Page and click through the Gong Integration button.
- If you don’t have an active Gong sign-in session, open in your browser. This will open the Gong sign-in page.
- After authenticating into your Gong account, you will be asked to approve the scopes with the Peerbound-Gong integration. 4. Currently the only scopes should be access to call metadata, call transcripts, and URLs to call audio and video.
- You will be redirected back to the Peerbound app. The Peerbound-Gong integration is now live.
- Click the Import button to kick off the import process and close the modal window.
