How to connect

Ask your VocalIP admin for your VocalIP Client ID, **API keys, and Client secret.

Import users to Gong and set them to record before integrating VocalIP in Gong.

In the Settings page, click Telephony systems.

Click + Add telephony system.

Select VocalIP.

Enter the client ID, API keys, and client secret.

Click CONNECT.
