Vocal IP provides a full range of managed data and cloud network and access services combined with advanced unified communications and application integration services.
Connect
- Ask your VocalIP admin for your VocalIP Client ID, **API keys, and Client secret.
- Import users to Gong and set them to record before integrating VocalIP in Gong.
- In the Settings page, click Telephony systems.
- Click + Add telephony system.
- Select VocalIP.
- Enter the client ID, API keys, and client secret.
- Click CONNECT.
