How to Connect

  1. Ensure you are an admin in Workbounce and Gong.
  2. Head to Settings -> Integrations -> Team
  3. Toggle the Gong integration to “On” and authenticate.
  4. Back in Workbounce, head to Settings -> Team -> Permissions
  5. Select the users you’d like to import external call recordings for and select “Sync”


Can I control which users to import call recordings for?

Yes - there are user level permissions around which users to import external call recording transcripts for. Data is only synced once these users have been selected. If a user is deselected at any point, all their call recording data is deleted automatically.

Does Workbounce process internal calls as well as external calls?

Workbounce does not process internal calls. If all participants share one of the pre-determined “internal domains” during onboarding, the call will not be processed.
