About

This integration is connected via Salesforce. Go here to learn how to connect to Salesloft via API.

You’ve been using Salesloft to land more and more conversations with high-value prospects and decision makers. Where do you go from here? How do you take things to the next level?

Answer: Use data and science to scale the effectiveness of those conversations. Convert more pipeline into revenue by shining the light on your sales conversations.

Here are some of the benefits:

  • Seamless integration – Gong imports, transcribes, and analyzes your SalesLoft call recordings with machine learning to help you understand what’s working and what’s not
  • Scalable call coaching – Instantly filter “coach-worthy calls” and streamline your call coaching so you can do it in minutes, not hours
  • Ensure consistency and adoption – Do 10 reps handle 10 calls in 10 different ways? Ensure your playbooks are executed at scale and that training knowledge makes it way to live calls
  • Clone your top producers – Use natural language processing and data science to pinpoint what your top sellers do differently so it can be replicated across your team

Here’s how it works:

  • Connect your Gong and Salesloft accounts
  • Your SalesLoft call recordings will automatically be imported into Gong, where they will be transcribed and analyzed with machine learning
  • Optionally import existing call recordings to receive historical insights

Speaker Separation Type: Mono Vs. Stereo Recording

Speaker separation type for this provider: Stereo

When Gong analyzes phone calls imported from modern PBX systems, audio is provided to Gong in two channels: one channel includes the recorded Gong user, and the other channel includes the customer. In addition, Gong knows which extension (or, in the more general case, which recorded Gong user) the call is associated with.

In this case, Gong associates one side of the call with the recorded Gong user and the other side with the other party. This ensures maximum accuracy as long as the PBX system records audio consistently across the channels.
